I would add to the last point that the monitoring service can often help you formulate your search strings to ensure you are getting all of your news with minimal irrelevant results. They should also be happy to modify your keywords over time to keep up with new sources of irrelevant information.

Additionally, consider using your monitoring platform to calculate metrics. Once we have the information digitally, it&#039;s quite time and cost-efficient to use the same platform to do measurement, generate email clip sheets and coverage reports.

Also, most of our clients do use humans to double-check relevance and of course to do analysis. It depends on your goals, but in my experience, it&#039;s worth the effort to get quality data.</description>
